I said that he took the correct first step and then dropped the ball. The nearly two months of delay in test development and deployment is not excusable. When the leader of the government spends months claiming it is a hoax and fake news it trickles down thru the ranks.
The world has video of him making light of it, over and over again.
As I have said time and time again, Trump* gives himself plenty of credit, he gave himself a 10 on the virus response.
