RI Gov said she'd prefer RI'ers stay in RI but if you have to go to Mass you should quarantine. Which is a little silly, but we are not necessarily as bad off as Mass.
I crack up when the people are in the car are driving with Masks on.

Yes, we seem to have a lower rate of C19 and a higher testing rate per capita than Mass
It is not much but RI seems to be doing best from NJ to Mass. Not by a long shot though

I've had my own boat, got rid of it when kids were born, we weren't using it enough to justify the cost. If all goes well, as soon as the youngest graduates from college, I'm driving home from his graduation, and doing 2 things - giving my work clothes to Goodwill, and buying a small boat that I can fish on and handle 10 lobster pots.
I think that if you fish on boats less than 10-15 times a year, you're better off chartering. And you meet some great guys like Cohenfishing and Fishbucket and hopefully Niko this year.
