With the switch off Id say both bats are isolated from each other and everything else on the boat unless u have a dedicated feed to the bilge pump...
I was told 5 years is normal bat life....
Today was a beauty out there

The good battery that is charged to the max. voltage will lose voltage even with the switch off because it is trying to charge the low voltage bad battery.
Both batteries are wired in parallel so if you want to saved the good battery from losing voltage disconnect the positive terminal from the bad battery until you get a replacement.
It is possible the bad battery has a corroded terminal and not charging properly, cleaning the terminals with a wire brush and charge both batteries, see what happens.
