Obama didn't produce the economic "expansion." The Trump economy was not the same as the Obama economy. the Trump economy was not an expansion nor a continuation of the Obama economy. The basic federal input and effect on the economy, taxation and regulation were substantially changed in the Trump economy. It was a different economic structure, not a continuation and refinement of the Obama economy.
