I think, when you accept that Trump doesn't have a easy path to running a cable network or getting nominated in 2024, but instead faces a serious risk of personal bankruptcy or conviction for tax evasion or bank fraud if he loses his office, you will realize how dangerous he is right now.

His kids (sans Baron) have as good a chance as going to jail as he does. I doubt they go after the father but with an independent DOJ again you never know.

Biden won't push that issue if he is serious about trying to mend the fences broken.
State AOG's might have a different thought (i.e. NY Southern)

That's pretty much what I said. I don't see a big effort to sink Trump but if they have solid evidence of crimes implicating Ivanka or Jr I don't think they could ethically not go after them.

What a statement Trump is making to the world, what an example he is making for our youth, what a pitiful example of a human being. If they ever need a visual for the definition of a sore loser, a sore sportsman, a big baby; well orange head is the perfect example. Then there is Rudy OMG, it’s almost sad to see him go off the rails and into some alternate reality. America first my arse, any of you supporters buying into this crap, still think he is concerned about you?

New York state has expanded its criminal fraud investigation into Donald Trump to payments that he made to his daughter Ivanka.
Some of those fees appear to have been paid to Ms. Trump. On a 2017 disclosure she filed when joining the White House as a presidential adviser, she reported receiving payments from a consulting company she co-owned, totaling $747,622, that exactly matched consulting fees claimed as tax deductions by the Trump Organization for hotel projects in Hawaii and Vancouver, British Columbia.
