Pete, for gods sake, paternity leave applies to the first few weeks of a baby's life. Kids, especially boys, need dads for their entire childhood, not just the first 8 weeks.

No one ever said it's "all" because of lack of fathers (hearing voices again). But it's the single largest contributor. The only folks who deny that, are those with a vested interest in denying it.
