As opposed to the smartest president ever, who talked all the time about infrastructure funding coming and did nothing. I'd rather see a guy still suffering to some extent to his stuttering problem, who is getting up there in age, but still able to get a very important deal done; one which will help EVERYONE in the country and create jobs.
