I think if we are going to continue to fire people who don't have covid and are unvaccinated/unboosted....it's only fair that we also fire people who are vaccinated/boosted and get covid.... |

How dare anyone make responsible behavior a condition of employment.
Almost every employer has a long list of things you’re required to do or prohibited from doing.
Bet you can think of a few all by yourself

Don’t like it go find another job.
And I am sure there have been people whom have lost their jobs for not wearing their seatbelts where required by the employer

It applies to any employer who wish’s to make it apply
Now conservatives support guaranteed employment.. I thought socialism was bad?
they have no issues not serving gays under religious freedom thats accepted and encouraged
But can’t handle conditions of employment.., that’s outrageous
conservatives only support the freedoms they agree with vaccination mandates are no different their deemed bad by the talking heads so real Americans must fight this infringement!
They just attached freedom to all their arguments.. and the followers start crying
The law and order party who are refusing to testify before congressional committee
Hypocrites to their core

it’s also explicitly in the constitution, and it’s also something that your side goes berserk over, like the right goes berserk over this.
i don’t have any problem with a private employer issuing mandates. but i get why some are upset about it.
i forgot, only liberals have the right to protest that which they don’t like.

by universally I meant any mandate or restriction an employer wishes to place on employees ....or just injections?
