Handgun training course tomorrow.
Spend significant time studying Sunday for practice exam Monday night. (Have to take supervisors test again as it lapsed while I was out of action...)
Had central air added to our oil fired hot air system yesterday. Removed and replaced all ductwork with proper size and wrapped with insulation. Seven guys, one day. Great group of guys.

It's ok. Still don't have the strength, even with getting on stationary almost every morning. But I am getting around better all the time and that contributes to getting back in general decent shape, even if there still is more of me... Eleven months since last surgery. This coming week will be a real test as I have scheduled more than I have been able to do since the replacement. And yours?

Ross good to hear promising words. Mine is same. Clunking away and pain walking down stairs and getting off chair. But stationary its great. Left knee is bad. Waiting to convince myself to go thru the same bs as the other. Eventually something has to be done. Having pain is bargain
Makes doing any activity a struggle. Saw another surgeon recently. If and when , he 'll be doing it.

Likely a relaxing recovery day after returning from the land of the center console (aka Florida Keys). The "urge" is back in a very, very bad way.

Checked out local beaches this morning looking for the first fish of the year. Nada.

Well that went by fast! Spent the entire weekend cleaning, power washing, organizing, and packing up the camper for the season. This is worse than owning a boat.
