and your side is publishing the names of the schools where their kids go. so spare me the civics lesson.

saying a proposed law is popular, is t a reason. why SCOTUS should vote for it. They are supposed to be guided by the constitution, not public opinion.

“Gimme what i want” isnt a legal
argument.
