Republican plan if they take over the house
When] Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) was asked in January what Republicans would do if they regained the majority, he dodged: “That is a very good question,” he said, “and I’ll let you know when we take it back.”
Their plan had been leaking slowly
And it’s
Republicans’ secret economic agenda? Cause A global financial
crisis.
none of them have clarified their strategy for fighting inflation, unless you count shouting “SOCIALISM!” and “KEYSTONE!” over and over. But they have given a peek at other ideas
What ideas you ask
make the 2017 Trump tax cuts permanent, as well as to extend or expand several other corporate tax breaks. See how well that works for the English
This is the plan hold the debt ceiling hostage . usually framing their hostage-taking as a commitment to fiscal restraint. Ya right
But the debt ceiling has nothing to do with new spending;
But the base has no clue how it works they somehow think that’s owning the libs

instead of seeing how well corporate tax cuts worked in England, why. not look and see how the Trump tax cuts worked here? wasn’t that long ago. I remember soaring stock markets, plunging unemployment, and inflation right around zero.
isnt what happens in america, a little more pertinent than how things impact life in england?
the gop had the majority a few short years ago. how do you think americans would answer if they were asked if life was better then or now?
doesn’t mean the gop will be able to fix anything. But the democrats run the entire federal government, and just about everything that can be measured, is worse than it was.

Frasier: Niles, I’ve just had the most marvelous idea for a website! People will post their opinions, cheeky bon mots, and insights, and others will reply in kind!
Niles: You have met “people”, haven’t you?

roevember?
I wonder where CNN thinks Americans got this bizarre "impression" that the economy is bad and worsening? They must all watch Fox news or something...
CNN-The economy and inflation are the dominant issues three weeks out from the midterm congressional elections, challenging Democrats’ chances of maintaining control of Congress, according to a string of new polls released in the last few days.
Widespread impressions of the economy as bad and worsening, combined with dissatisfaction with President Joe Biden and the way things are going in the country, suggest that the nation’s overall political mood – which had been somewhat more favorable for Democrats following the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade – may be tilting more in Republicans’ favor.
