Finishing the 15 year basement refinish tomorrow. Last steps are the staircases and landing with laminate which should be complete by the end of the day.
Then work on the condo complex drainage situation, so much groundwater early last week that a few units had water infiltrating into their basements. Found out an engineered drainage (culvert and canal) were overgrown and 8" drainage pipes were clogged with tree roots. 22 years and no one has ever touched this stuff. Now clearing all the trees and underbrush. Fun is! Then, time to train for the upcoming golf season in earnest.
