This is the type of post where additional information would greatly help you...
What I mean is, the post is so obscure, we dont know if we are helping or hurting the guy in the pic by sharing his info.
If someone on this site posted a pic of me, and said "anyone know this guy?"
I would REALLY hope everyone here would not start sharing all my info.
Its almost certainly for nothing bad, but these days you just never know...
there might be guys here who know him and are (rightfully) sitting quiet based on the lack of context or info.

well I found his camera at Conimicut and just want to see that it gets returned to him... I got his picture off his camera ... the only other thing that I can tell you is he was in a red kayak...
I thought the less I mentioned the better...
