Plug HoeDown part 3 for Jan. 3rd 2004
I have a hall that we can use for the plug get together on Jan. 3rd if that works for you guys please chime in so I can give an answer on Monday. That is the only Sat. available at the Mitchell Memorial Club in Middleboro. We can bring our own food with everyone chipping in do donate a dish or something and it's only 25 bucks more for use of the kitchen as long as we clean up. A bartender would be only an extra 25 bucks too.
So depending on how many guys we get, it should only be about 5 bucks to get in each. If we want to get a caterer then it will cost more per person.
I know it is a little short notice but other than that I am open to suggestions but I think it's a long weekend and easier for some guys to make it then.

OK, Like I said in the other thread , it's a go. We have the hall from 9-4.

It looks like quite a long list, I hope we all fit in this place. I think it can handle it but if 20 more guys show up without signing up here it could be crowded  Good thing we aren't having this at My place.
I think that is enough if you haven't signed up, do so now.
A few that have come in the past have let me know that they can't make it, unfortunately mrpogie is one of them
