Sure it can be fixed.

clean all surfaces to be glued with alcohol(ISO)

mix up some 30min devcon epoxy (syringe style from walmart or hardware store) Devcon cause its H2o proof.

You could also use 2 part paste (kardohl, rod bond etc...)

glue'm up - let stand in such a fashion so they will stay together and watch for drips.

A word on epoxies- ALWAYS mix more than the job calls for so you get a good set. Dont be stingy.
