Which Shows Will You Be Attending?
Hello guys,
Since being on this site and others, I have a profound respect for many of the anglers that frequent them and put in their valuable knowledge.
The only problem with cyber personilities is that you rarely get to meet the people behind the screen name.
With AquaSkinz doing many of the popular shows this year, I figured it would be a great opportunity to put a face to a screen name
So come on, tell us what show(s) you will be at...so we can meet.
Kadir

I'll be at MSBA too.
I haven't been to one of the mega-shows in a few years, so I might do the one in Suffern, NY again.

MSBA in March - I'm sick of Turkey Fryolators at the big shows so I don't hit those anymore...

MSBA Show Rules!
MSBA Show is all fishing, all the time! It is intentionally kept that way. No cookware, no squeegies, nothing non-fishing related at all. Last year we dicussed a vendor that was interested in selling clothing and we declined his request for a table. All fishing, all the time!

More than likely MSBA and definitely the RISAA show in Providence. Worcester maybe - it depends on how bad the cabin fever gets by then, Worcester seems to get a little less exciting every year.
But colder than usual weather always seems to cause early onset fishing pox for me.

Suffern =
I'll try to make RISAA and MSBA shows.
In NY, probably the only show I'll make is the Freeport show - I'm skipping Nassau Coliseum.

I'll be sharing a booth with Don and King Cove Outfitters at the RISAA show on 3/5 throu 3/7. Patrick pm/email/call me, I need to firm up something for MSBA so I can set up shop at that show also. I'm holding off getting too many set up as I hope to have a new job by Feb 1st, which might limit my time to reload the supplies between shows.

The show is skipping Nassau Colliseum, too
Freeport has slipped in the last several years, I'm sorry to say. Even Bill P bailed on it last year.

I've already got a booth at the RISAA show at the RI Convention Center March 5th, 6th, and 7th. see: www.nesaltwatershow.com
Other members of this group have booths there as well. I'll be trying to get to the Mass Bass show too looking forward to them.

RISSA, RI Popper, are you going to present your RI poppers? Is it somewhere in Providence? I am considering about attending there. As for MSBA, Wednesday is usually a bad time for me. I will try to make it if I can.

MSBA show was the "best" one I have been to in the local area.
The Worcester show is almost the same each year.
The Springfield show has more gear for sale. It has excellant speakers (worth the travel just to hear some of them IMHO).
Flyfishing show in Marlboro, MA this Fri-Sun if any one is into that. Another fly show in Wilmington next month @ the Shriners.

I am planning on attending the RISAA show. Hey RI Popper are your plugs for sale at Benny's? I have seen some plugs there before and I think I remember a RI Popper label?

I'm planning on hitting the MSBA show and the RISSA show. Did a small one up in NH this past weekend. Just to get warmed up
It was pretty good, Got to meet Tim Brooks from Plum Island Surfcasters, He gave a nice presentation that had me itching to get out. Thinking about joining their organization since its in my neck of the woods.
Also may take the ride out to the Springfield show just so there's something to do in February.
Hopefully hook up and meet some of you guys at these shows
