Some people are swayed by crap like this. I built a website for the University of Kinshasa in the Congo. Well some lady got one of these scams from someone in the Congo claiming to have some affiliation with the school. So she emails me asking me what to do. I worked directly with the president of the school and knew of the scam so told her not to be fooled by this garbage.
