herring topwater

When spring rolls around I fish an inlet that has a major herring run happening. Come to think of it, because of the herring, and because I could never find poppers that I felt held proper "herring mojo" I started making my own plugs...

So this is where I find my self today on my quest for herring mojo :

I like your herring eben, they don't need a livewell hook'em up and catch'um up.
