For anyone interested in launching into geekdom - that's a sweet board... If Tattoo was on the ball he woulda mentioned that the board also has integrated SCSI (much like a 2940UW
) and is the board of choice for many system integrators building servers (I had the older P2L97-DS board a couple years ago
)... With 2 processors - it's fast if you run anything Win2K with Photoshop 3DStudio Max or any decent video editing... Dual XEONs or Athlon MPs would run you about 800 smackers....
Tattoo - I'm OK right now as I have a Soyo DBIIA2 with 500s, a couple BP6s with 500Cs (used to run the website on), and an IBM Intellistation for Dual machines...
