First, I want to say, this isn't to make this thread worse or better, actually I'm trying to close it but I would like to just explain a little something to all of you.
First Dave, why I was fishing that fast in a heavy current. The lure I was using was a Bagley Top Gun. It dives maybe 3 feet at most. It was daytime and I figured any fish that were in there were going to be deep. My train of thought was if I could crank it down deep and let the current keep it there, I could stay in the strike zone muh longer then if I reeled it slow. You know, if I had hooked up doing that, all of you would have been out there doing the same thing.
Second, BM, you are total loon. That's a compliment. You always make me laugh.
Now for everyone:
Up until now, I thought you guys were my friends. I admit it, I'm a moron. I never even saw it coming. I won't be posting here anymore. This isn't a "poor Patrick" speach. I'm letting you know so you can start looking for a new punching bag now. In fact, I won't be much of anywhere online. Once I get mobile, I'll be around. If you see me, your best bet is to avoid me.
