The CTDEP advises that pregnant women and/or women who want to become pregnant should not eat striped bass caught from CT waters (market fish are ok?). It advises that everybody else should eat no more than 6 meals per year. The reason - mercury toxins in the fish. I cannot imagine that the fish become toxin free after leaving CT waters.
