I got some stratches from a bluefish while dehooking the plug or a chunk hook from their mouth. I even got slapped by a bluefish's tail while the guy on the boat was swing it around and I was sleeping. And also the bluefish almost bit my private off last summer. I swayed it away from the fish.

Clammer, like you said, 3#$*&^* the blooofissshhh

Haven't been bitten by a blue since I was a kid. After my first nasty experience with those teeth, I figured out that once you whack 'em over the head with a softball bat, they're pretty docile.

Angry Aint never been bitten by no blue

AInt never been bitten by one, and dont plan on it any time soon. I did see my buddy get brave one night and instead of cutting the line and sliding his plug out the gil (plug was jammed in the gill) proceeded to fish the plug out with his index finger and his middle finger, man I was just sitting there laughing my nuts off, I told him and he didnt listen, tore him up good. cleaned it dressed it and he kept fishin, pliers from then there in.

Domination takes full concentration..

Had a little 2lb blue latch onto my pointer finger ,right above the knuckle.Little sucker locked it's jaws and wouldn't let go.I tried prying his mouth open, but the result of that was digging his teeth in deeper.I droped the plyers ,grabed a knife and removed his head ....shortly after he opened his mouth.I had a ring of puncture wounds around my finger..right down to the bone.that was a little blue...bastid

pure evil

BogaGrip also doubles as a billy club/hammer. Either end will do: lightly step on the middle of the fish and aim for the top of the head right behind its eyes/neck.

Fish tastes better if you bleed them out right away.

U guys remember hearing about some guy getting flesh eating bacteria from a bluefish bite two summer ago.

Slit their throats. I like to gut them and they bleed better.

Oh Yeah I remember that story, He was fishing out of Mass. Ended up taking off his hand, than arm, finally the bacteria killed him. They couldn't contain it fast enough. Poor guy.

Two years ago I had about a seven pounder catch my thumb knuckle between his top teeth and the jaws of my Boga while I was trying to get a jig out of his throat. Hurt like hell for about two weeks.

Every one I've caught since, that was hooked deep, met his maker cuz I now cut bloo till I meet hook.
