When I say sufficient balls, I don't mean I want a meat stick, or something I can move a 40 lber in the Ditch with. I mean sufficient only in that if I carefully use my experience, play a large fish smartly and get lucky if cover/structure fits into the picture, that I will have sufficient backbone down at the butt or lower part of the rod when I need it. I will not loose sleep over a lost fish, even a 50, I'd rather have something that is better at distance and sensitivity and comes up short on the meat end.
