well, i talked to the seller on the phone a little while ago. i guess the seller manages 7 pawn shops in Florida. they sell a ton of stuff on ebay, and packaged the wrong reel.
the guy i talked to said the reel will be shipped right out. i also emailed the seller, though, and someone responded saying that they were "minutes away" from emailing me as they had just figured out what happened. the odd part is that the guy on the phone, who claimed to manage the ebay account, said he did not send me the email. i didn't mind a few years ago when i got screwed on a $20 atom, (back when you could actually pay that for one) but i will not let this go. doesn't eBay do something about re-imbursing its members? i think it is for items over $50 or something.
