whole, head on, gutted and scaled.
stuff belly with onions peppers butter garlic lemons.
rub olive oil on outside. tons of salt&pepper on outside
either bake or wrap in tinfoil and bbq

fillets, wrap in tinfoil lemon pepper and bbq

stripers make killa chowda too
