weekend plans 20040611

Saturday sunrise chunking on the North.
Tide is nice to take out my little toy boat for a while.
Maybe just the rowboat...

I know those fish are there somewhere.

Clamming Sunday round about lowtide
While on the flats I will put a line out and see what I get.
Just hope I remember the line is out there...

Vzzzzzzzzzz..... Aaaaaahhhhh!!!! splat splat splat SPLUT!

<as I fall on my face and watch through muddied eyes as my rod gets a ride down the beach!!>

What about the rest of you?

There is a fine line that seperates a fisherman from a fool standing in water swinging a stick.

will cook for food
...and plugs

Don't know yet. Going out at noon today for a lunchtime drift. Have some live little ones and have 2 hours left of an outgoing.

Supposedly Rappin Mikey is showing up tonight. He's walking right into a ENE weekend Just makes it harder to find them most times. I ain't showing him

Sunday looks to be a return to SW flow and that is nothing but goodness for the bite.

Have a great weekend everyone.

I gave up on PI, that place is truly a zoo I gave up tryin to go to any place except late at night to try and avoid some crowd and lately even that's not workin too well unless I go around 12-1 AM If I didn't love fishin so much I woulda given up long ago.....Life sux lately

I hear ya on PI. I've been going out there every other day for about 2 weeks and it doesn't seem to matter at what time, the place has been a zoo lately.

I was out there around 11 the other night and a group of about 8 showed up w/ there lanterns and there radios and killed all of the quiet time. gonna try some other areas tonight as Friday night the place will probably be more of a zoo than normal

Saturday I have a golf outing to go to and Sunday I'm taking a bunch of Scouts out on Yankee fleet for some Cod and Haddock fishing..that should be a blast as these kids get excited catching 3-4 oz Sunfish.

It is true, I am heading to Nantucket, with my bait bucket! I was all psyched till I read Beachwalker's forcast. I'll be doing a lot of fishing either way. At least it is going to be sunny all day! Just hope the bite just right for tonight and tomorrow night!

Fishing in the A.M. not sure where though. Sat aft-eve, want to go to outer Cape, N/E winds and various reports are dampening spirits, but still may give it a try. Sun A. M. fishing then who knows, maybe play a little wiffleball, do some grillin'. Try my best to enjoy some nice weather!!!

It was like a bloody zoo, TDF. My rig got tangled up with Scoobe and Bigfoot and other chunkers. I used swimming plugs. I didn't have a good time catching fish. However, I did witnessed my first shooting star. And also I discovered a little bit of apple tart wrapepr in the water. Derek, one of Scoobe's friend, put it into his pocket so it doesn't stya in the water. And also i found some fresh beer bottles and one of them hasn't been opened. I wish that we could have fished at Cape Cod. Blues or not, fishing is good there. TDF, what is fishing in Marblehead like?
