FYI - By Federal law (FTC) a company can't charge your card until the product is shipped or will be shipped with in 24 hours. This is to protect the consumer from just such problems as described above. Most of the major mail-order companies (on and off line) abide by this. But some don't and that gives the rest a bad reputation by association.
