I just got done running the Blood Drive for our company. Good luck with yours. I know this is one of the most difficult charitanble events to get people to participate in, but be persistent.
As we head into summer, area supplies really drop, so these drives are vitally important. The Red Cross is pretty good about moving things along, but you can also check and get any questions answered and see how the supply in your area is at:

Aside from what you are raffling off, I think the Red Cross has new incentives for donors, too, that you might want to check on and promote when soliciting donors.
