Never fished with SandEels. I haven't really fished for fluke yet either. I have been fish hard with plugs for stripers. But I am going to start learning some more bait-fishing techiques for stripers and for fluke.

I got a spot I want to try fishing for fluke, and was just going to buy some fresh squid for strips and give it a shot, but if SandEels are the way to go, I gotta give it a shot.

So, for raking -do you just use the long-handled clam rake?
