Smaller fish are definately better to eat. I only like really fresh fish so I wouldn't think of keeping anything more than I could use in a day or two. I don't think I would begrudge someone for keeping a lot of fish as long as it wasn't wasted...
Then again fishing with Eben the past few times, his skunk has rubbed off on me so I don't really have to worry about it
