Howard Dean may have been a nutcase but His "Guns, God and Gays" comment was most certainly dead on.
I can just see Bush's convention speech.
"My fellow Christians, we may have bloated the National deficit, reversed environmental progress, created another huge bureaucracy to funnel tax dollars into the healthcare industry, forced schools to consume their shrinking budgets to aviod punative actions, alienated the US in the International Community...yes we continue to allege Iraq and al Qaida were league even though the bi-partisan panel says otherwise, we don't really plan to sneak a peek at your library records, we have yet to accept the fact that we ignored congressionally sponsored plans on a post-Saddam Iraq in favor of a "no plan" strategy, some may argue that we misled the American people on Saddam's WMDs...I say we were just incompetent.
Yes, I George W. Bush ask for your vote because domestic problems will fix themselves, every other nation in the World is corrupt and can't be trusted and above all the Democrats are pussies!"
Hey that was fun

PS: I have no problem with Christians, just Bush.
