I seem to remember a marine barricks in Lebanon getting bombed a few years back (200+ marines died) and no response. Wasn't that a repub in office then
(Reagan for those who are not sure). Believe there have been a few others in other administrations too. 9/11 was the first major one on US soil. Any president in office at that time would have gone into Afganistan.
Balanced budget? Didn't W start with a budget surplus. How many trillion deficit do we have now?
