I still got Bass *ss from the other night.
My favorite and simple way to eat it (woman cooks it) is:
beat an egg. Dip fillet in egg. Roll it in ITALIAN style bread crumbs. Pan fry in a frying pan in Olive Oil.
Quick, little mess and little smell.
Blackened bass is kind tough on the apartment...........
Serve with fries and a cold beer.
