If you can hold bottom in 200-300 ft water with 16-17 ounce jigs it's a good day!!!
It all depends on the wind , current, act...
Some days I need to use 35 ounce jigs to hold bottom

Ok As I am the one who started this I will be the one to mention that we all decided to go out of Weymouth!!
Now we have 3 different places people want to go out of!! We decided Weymouth as there are a few boats moored there.
Now as we are doing this as a group and we have all agreed to meet in Weymouth I think thats were we all should meet!!
Those of you want to launch from else were go ahead but the group as a whole will be going out of Weymouth!
So now I need to no who is going to be there and what time should we all meet??
Scituate Tide is at 7:55 am on the 23rd I am not sure were the tide is in weymouth??
Someone from that area please chine in!! I say we meet at least 1 hour before sun up.
Captins check in here

My boat is in the Town river,
So I will plan to pick up my passengers at some location close by , as the parking at "Sea Monkey Marina" is very limited.
I hope the weather gets better than it's supposed to be this weekend!

Link, I'll be there too. Gonna take a run outside looking for schoolie tuna first and if they are not showing I'll blast over to the SW corner and have a look for some codfish and haddock. Gimme a shout on the cell or ch 69. I bought a couple of 50 wides and have been on tuna patrol for the past month.

My boat is on a mooring on the Fore River. I might need to use someone as a shuttle service because my club is shut down for the year. I can pick up my guys at Wessagusset boat ramp. I live 3 min. from there. You could park 2000 cars there. Lots of room.

QD:
I have a small inflatable dingy (small), would it work to bring it near your mooring, paddle out then pick up crew on a club dock?

Does the Weymouth ramp have parking for all these people??
I will be meeting there with who ever else is going out of there. Captins should contact your riders to tell them were and wehat time to meet.
Also we need good directions to the weymouth ramp. Anyone leaving from the Cape can follow me. I will be leaving at about 4am, at least one hour drive and I think we should all meet at least 1 hour before sun up so we can all get launched and ready, for when the sun comes up.
1 week to go!
