Wave hight doesn't look so bad. We had to turn around in CC Bay. Wave hight was around 4-6 ft. One schoolie to show for it. Our 20ft cc could handle it but we couldn't. To much work. That area looks ok though. Any problems with the wind.

Awesome FF.... maybe we'll still have some craziness after all. Hope they can hang out for just a few more days so I get a shot at one last keeper.... just one more to have my best season (for legal fish).

Gotta get out this weekend.

most were schoolies 24-28 inches.
got one keeper about 30" on a pollock off the bottom. but it was fast and furious for sure.i think the record was 9 casts-9 fish in a row. some of the bluefish had to go 7 pounds.

they were thre yesterday {mon} too.
biggest blitz i've seen all year.

strait thru deer island rip.
and into winthrop harbor, and the backside of the airport.
that was the end of the line. it was a peanut bunker massacre!
they were jumping on the rocks to get away.

i hope they stick arround till this weekend!

Woulda liked to hit that while I was on vacation... I sure hope that 3 or 4 days of NE winds up to 25/30 mph didn't chase 'em out of here.

I'll jump out there maybe saturday afternoon/evening.

That's a funny shot... I think those little guys want out of there.

stoopid fishing is the best, don't have to waist time lookin for them
we kept 6 of the bluefish{chucked them in the livewell}. when we got back to the dock, we had six bluefish and about four or five live little pogeys swimmin' around in there. the blues puked there blains out in the well. about 50 dead pogeys. but a couple were still alive and well.

i will either be out sat afternoon, or sunday morning. wife depending?
9.5 feet every 8 seconds at the dump bouy, so outside is not gonna happen.

thefishingfreak-

Check with me on Friday I might be pulling the boat out this weekend, I'll wait to see the weekend marine forecast.

We went out yesterday morning and things had calmed down, there were blitzes but they consisted of smaller schoolies and hickory shad. I tried to liveline some shad in my favorite spots but came up blank. Some larger fish were caught Diamond jigging, which produced the most consistant action. Beautiful fall morning on the water though.
