1983, 1 and a 1/2 acres plus an unbuildable lot ( 1/4 acre) to boot right aside of it. At the time it was a two year old Cape that had only been lived in for three months. $ 46,000.00 for the whole shootin' match. Oh yeah did I mention that my backyard is 2 and a half miles of State conservation land too? Not bad for Good OL' Cape Cod livin'.
