I would be really leery of this reel until it has been used for a few years anyway. My friend fished some Accurate 130 class reels and had nothing but horror stories with the reels. In one instance in particular while reeling up a bait off Chatham he had a handle pop off in his hand. There were a few other instances of bad luck he mentioned. That was a $2500 reel, it did not pass the muster test for one season and were subsequently sold on ebay! He also had a pretty poor time with their customer service. Big money in this case certainly does not translate to better equiptment.
