Be very sure the buyey is paying CASH if there is any "International" bit to the transaction. I documented numerous scams where someone would list info and pictures from boattrader on Ebay and from Ebay on Boattrader. Of course, Ebay and Boattrader did little if anything to follow up on these scams.
