I have a wooden boat and as such it must remain wet all the time. Trailering is not an option for me. I like being able to arrive at Green Harbor at 3:30 A.M. and leave the slip 15 minutes later. If you do a lot of fishing, a slip is well worth the money, but it's big bucks.
