I booked both days with Donnie from DOA charters. I called around...and he seemed to catch my attention the most! I woundn't even consider taken a boat down there unless I scouted that place for a while....Even then your playing with fire! I post a report from this trip when I get back!

Also, I live in Cape May NJ..We just take the Cape May/Lewes ferry across the Deleware Bay and pretty much take the coast down...I have visted Cape Hatteras pretty much every year of my life. Hatteras is just south of OI as you know. Cabin fever has set in big time
