Rotten banana
New pikie. Red cedar (I think), body 6inches not counting lip, 11 inches total from tip of tail to nose. Weight about 2 1/2oz.

Thanks Rockfish, but Im a newby. Ive only been at it a few months. I dont build showpieces, I build stuff to bang off rocks and get chewed up (hopefully)  If theres a litle blemish in the epoxy...so what, I dont sweat it, I can make a new one. Its just fun, thats why I do it.

By the way Mike, I see Santa brought you your new airbrush and compressor. You sure learned how to use it fast. I'm still rattl'in my cans. Did you ever make those extra blanks?

Its an NJT pikie#3 lip. Held in place with brass pins, not screws.
BTW, thats a Renzetti Traveler vice. Had it for years. Bought it when I used to production fly tie for some local shops. Ive tied down to size 32's on it
