I have twins and when they were born in 1995 one had a problem. He was in intensive care. On the third night of his life, the doctors said they did all they can do and it was up to him to fight and live through the night. He lived through that night and 40 days later he got out of intensive care and I took him home to meet his twin sister. When I signed him out of Yale -New Haven I cut off the wrist identification band that said I was his father that I wore since he was born- that I swore I would not take off until he was home. He is fine now at 9 years old-just deaf in one ear. You can see a picture of him in the Connecticut Surfcasters Assn website under the photo album wearing his waders at the holiday party in December. I am sure that your daughter will be fine. Someday you will look back at these times as special because you had to be strong as the father of a family and everyone was pulling for you. Best Wishes Just believe that she will be healthy.
