John I cannot get to the panel that you say I should be getting. All I can get is the Avatars that are supplied with the system. There is no browse panel or anything to lead me to it.
I have tried all the suggestions you have indicated to no avail.

Go to page 4 on the avitar page and the custom option is at the bottom.

I do not have that option avaiable either. I have looked everywhere. Let me try to log out and erase cookies first.

I tried also and it's not there either. Only 2 avatars on page 4.

maybe if I try a different browser, I am using firefox

I tried IE and it's still not there
