I have seen and heard some good things about Impruv Inc out of Hingham.. not sure about $ but they do very good work IMO
Congrats on the house......
Used hard and put away dirty....

Congrats, I too just got a new house and am waiting to close. Hopefully by the end of the month. Feels great doesn't it!
