Should have made the disclaimer for salt caught fish, not those mystical sweetwater ones  ...
Mr Sandman - reread the question - first 35 POUNDER  . Usually not much gets by you but you must be jonesing as this one did... Did they change the herring issues over there?

U can do what a chatham guide did a year or so back...freeze a big one then pull it out about now to get your name in the paper  first big bass caught in 2003 by local guide..and people ate it up.

See that's how fish stories go. First post its a 30 pounder , by the 10th post its already a 35 pounder!!

Fish are safe from me, next weekend it's a two day yard sale and then it's get the house on the market. I'm afraid my fishing days are done for the short term, but maybe now that I have some additional daylight and warmer weather coming, I can sneak out some night.

I was just fishing off of tributary of the Thames yesterday. Tripped on a rock, and popped up about 15 yards down the river from where I was. The water is high!
