I've got some feral cats around my place. Don't bother me as I have no pets. They do a good job on the field mice, but a freakin' squirrel will sit nibbling on an acorn 3' away and the cats will just sit there watching it with their tails flipping
If I could legally import a couple of bobcats, I'd do it to get rid of all the effin' racooons.

I'm thinking, you allow people to shoot cats with no ownership signs, how long before someone decides he's sick of the neighbor's tabby, shoots it and throws the collar in the garbage?
