I think its pretty dangerous, I mean if your in a bar at 4am, you HAVE to be wasted. Boston just stopped the nightowl bus service which used to drive the bar crowds home.
This just means a whle bunch more drunks, even more wasted, on the road. At least at a house party you can pass out on the floor and spend the night.
I guess Im gettin old....
