Rumors, Rumers
Hi,
Was just talking to a cousin of mine that lives in MA. and natually we talked fishing. He said he was going to fish the Canal tomorrow with a friend and this friend told him that a 52 lb Striper was taken from the Canal this week. Was just wondering if anyone else hurd this (or maybe was the one who caught it) or was it just another fish story?
Thanks

Just got back from the canal and the water is clouded. This was on the west tide.

It turns out the rumor was as usual...sort of true...
There was a 52 pound fish weighed in at Red Top on Friday...
fish was caught from the Beach in the vacinity of chatham...
Not from the Canal

Wasn't caught from the beach. West of the Ditch. Biggest in the Ditch and in the Derby is a 37lb'er.
