I luv doin over nights on any island, this is what I bring.

eels
*water
two lights(head/neck)
box nutragrain bars
korkers ect...
three or four plugs
*(2) berlap/green pad to brab snakes
scale
belt/pleirs
Toilet Paper in zip lock

When you decide what shore line your going to consintrate on,,, you want to set your gear somewhere in the middle of that stretch. Some places its alot more work finding how to get there but doing your home work will save you in the long run. I have an alice pack which is nice for all nighters.

A small cooler with just ice is worth taking to restock your eels,,you never know if there will be sand out there to grab them in the middle of the night when your rags are all slimmed up and you can't get that snake on a hook ....it plan sucks and raises stress levels and blood pressure. Carry as little as possible making you very mobil on and off rocks with ease.

Eben, why would you need a first aid kit?

You couldn't have cut yourself cleaning a fish because YOU DIDN'T CATCH ANY KEEPERS

i tried to do my best to put what i need in my corolla, victor. u should have seen Mac's truck last year. He had a sleeping bag and a small mattress in his truck. Also other stuffs in the back. I would like to have that if I'm living in a doghouse when I'm in a relationship.

Unfortunately, for this trip I will not be taking my vehicle so.. its basically what I can carry without overburdening myself. Run n Gun

F00d: I figure power bars, gatorade, water, 2 slices of frozen strip pizza, jolt gum

Plugs: 2 swimmers white mac danny/ Bernzy Bernster pogie color, 1 popper Fixter WooonDabahhhh, One of steve's bunker surfsters, 1 needle Andrew/Jigman/Lithos, 1 4oz hopkins No=Eql, 6 large storm shad.

Eels: 2 dozen eels live, with sufficient leaders and materials to tie more if necessary. half dozen rigged

leader wallet: app. teasers, pre-tied leaders.

1st aid: small pack kit, with soucher kit and small pliers to cut hooks if necs. (gawd I hope not) Korkers, roll of duct tape

Light: neck light, head lamp, spare batteries (in pack in ziplock)

oh yeah.. I'll need to pack a rod as well

camera and a scale

Tide Chart and cell phone. both sealed in plastic.

Thanks for the heads up about storing gear half way, never thought of that one
