Buzzards is hopping with Seabass!! Go out to Wingsneck, also out by Clevland light.
My budy got a ton the other day including 2 - 3# 1 - 4# and 1 - 5#

Tony go deep! One way I have caught the bigger ones is by jigging with small diamond jigs, you can tip these with squid too. Its like a mini version of cod fishing.
